Qualifications:

• You have 2-4+ years of front-end development experience in a production setting


• You have built + maintained quality user interfaces that have reached a large audience, especially while the product and team are growing


• You are not afraid of new technology and you don't let a tech stack define you — tools are what you make of them


• You care about the business implications of the things you build. You understand tradeoffs between craft, speed and bottom line


• You've spent meaningful time being mentored by senior engineers, were a senior engineer or — best, led a team before


• You have a solid understanding of React, Redux (or comparable state management tool), PWAs, SCSS, Webpack, Babel, and understand the concepts behind OOCSS, BEM, etc.


• Bonus: You're a lifelong learner and have a passion for sharing knowledge. You know a thing or two about Web Components or Web Assembly and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.
