We are looking for a highly experienced UX/UI designer to help us with the following:

- Explore, prototype, and build innovative UX/UI solutions

- Create wireframes, designs and original concepts with a focus on usability and user-friendliness

- Deliver solutions that will increase the conversion rate (CRO)

- Provide final designs and detailed specifications for the development team

- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems on the existing pages

- Manage multiple tasks and projects, working independently and/or with the team

- Create and update style guides and design documentation to ensure consistent implementation



The freelancer should meet the following qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in a professional UI/UX design role

- Good understanding of UX and user-centered design with great attention to details

- Specialized in A/B testing

- Understand best practices for UX and UI for landing pages, applications, mobile, and desktop

- Up-to-date knowledge of design software and tools like Sketch or Adobe XD

- Ability to respond professionally and quickly, and to work cooperatively

- Be passionate and creative, with a problem-solving mindset

- Fluent in English
