What you will bring

• At least 5 years professional experience beyond internships and education in design of mobile software applications (iOS and Android) that have been released to market. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Visual Communications, Human Computer Interaction or related degree is a plus but not required


• Proven experience leading a team of designers to deliver mobile software applications from inception to shipping within a cross-functional team environment


• Proven experience maturing wireframes to final high fidelity UI mockups, linking them to create fully interactive prototypes and handing off to developers with specifications. Sketch is strongly preferred


• Proven experience developing and maintaining design style guides, reusable and responsive components, mockups, and specifications in a cloud environment. Sketch is strongly preferred


• An up-to-date portfolio of your design work with descriptions of the process, your role and other people involved


• Deep knowledge and understanding of Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design


• Ability to think at a high level about product and feature strategy but also take decisive action to realize a minimum viable product


• Experience incorporating user research and data into the design process, validating ideas with prototypes and user feedback, and using innovative A/B testing in the design process


• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)

• Experience with React Native cross-platform architecture and design


• Experience with Agile methodologies to deliver software solutions


• Experience with motion design
