• You’re at a Senior level, with at least 5 years experience working as a developer or a software engineer in medium to large projects


• You have expertise in building modern Web applications using Vue.js or React.js


• You have experience building APIs, either REST- or GraphQL-based


• You have experience using and managing services within AWS (e.g., Elastic Beanstalk, Elastic Cache, EC2, and S3)


• You have strong frontend HTML and CSS skills


• You’re able to demonstrate strong engineering skills and follow best-practices in developing applications (e.g., test-driven development, continuous deployment, continuous integration)


• You’re an excellent team player that thrives working with Product and Design teammates


• You’re not precious about your solutions and are willing to gracefully receive and provide feedback when needed


• You’re an independent and outcome-driven professional that has a high sense of responsibility and is confident working without step-by-step directions


• You’re comfortable working and collaborating remotely

• You have experience using Ruby as a backend platform


• You have knowledge of the WebRTC protocol and ideally have some experience developing applications with it


• You have experience using and building Design Systems and/or complex UIs


• You feel comfortable working within Agile processes, such as Scrum and Kanban
