- are proficient in best practices (DI, design patterns, SOLID principles)

- Develop healthy code: error control, defensive programming, unit testing

- are familiar with control version systems, branching strategies, release management, continuous integration, and have a good committing style.

- have critical thinking skills, analytical mind, problem-solving capabilities, and high level of initiative

- have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- have experience and understanding of E-commerce logic and are an online shopper yourself.



Requirements and Qualifications



- Solid experience in Magento. Including typical customizations like queue system, custom frontend, custom DBMS, custom cache.  

- Server-side technologies like PHP (Laravel, Zend, Symfony), and JAVA (Spring framework)

- AWS. Autoscaling, fault tolerance.

- MySQL, MongoDB, Algolia

- XDebug, tracing, debugging and benchmarking tools.

- UNIX, shell scripts, cron jobs.

- Web service technologies: REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, gateways, autodiscovery

Most important: team player and loads of energy and passion.



Responsibilities
