Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with native mobile app development


• Strong knowledge of Java and Kotlin


• Deep understanding of Android frameworks and modern design paradigms

• Experience in working with RESTful APIs


• Building offline-first reading experiences that work fully with no internet connectivity to allow readers to read anytime and anywhere


• Seamlessly sync data between the Android and and our backend while keeping the UI smooth and responsive


• Identifying the best third party libraries to get the job done and know when creating our own home grown solution is a better option taking into account both technical and business requirements.
