Dear candidate,



We are developing Android apps for businesses based on our own framework.



Depending on requested features from our customers our apps can provide different possibilities like GPS, NFC, photos, etc. 

In order to ensure bug free our apps running on a multitude of different Android versions and devices it was decided to implement automated testing routines for each of these apps.



Your tasks:



- Ensuring our automation cloud is executing tests via Jenkins

- Deploying tests to automation cloud

- Evaluation and analysis of test results and creating reports

- Writing high quality test suites in Java, TestNG and using Appium drivers

- Continuous improvement of existing manual and automation tests

- Writing test stories for manual testers as part of test preparation

- Communicating with rest of the team to achieve automation goals and "thinking out of the box"

- Personal participation on Scrum meetings

- Occasional helping QA team with manual tests



Skills required:



Must have:



    - Advanced knowledge of Java

    - Advanced knowledge of TestNG

    - Advanced knowledge of Appium (Espresso and UiAutomator2)

    - Experienced in Jenkins



- Nice to have:

    - Experience in Redmine

    - working with Cypress

    - Continuous integration

    - text processing large files (regular expressions)

    - working with Gradle DSL
