We are a growing startup looking for a Sr. Salesforce Developer with a senior developer skill-level who can work with self-direction to plan and implement salesforce project designs and meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with product owner, other engineering team members and stakeholders or to define, clarify, and realize functional and nonfunctional requirements for new and existing backlog items


• Implement and Test assigned backlog items by developing in Apex, Lightning Components, the Lightning Web Component Framework, and CSS


• Communicate or train on existing and planned solutions


• Investigate, scope and plan implementation of assigned epics and backlog items, using up-to-date platform and ecosystem domain expertise to model, document, and justify solutions aligning with functional and nonfunctional requirements


• Be an active participant in the sprinting process and issue tracking, independently picking up work and moving issues forward to maintain team velocity


• Work and develop code in compliance with Salesforce team processes, coding standards, technical design documents, platform architectural initiatives, and leadership direction


• Leverage and contribute to tooling and code libraries for the Salesforce team


• Offer technical support as needed for the CRM platform.

• Able to demonstrate through assignments, question and answer, and live coding exercises an extraordinarily strong understanding of the platform, process automation, development on the platform, and implementation design trade-offs


• Strong people skills and professionalism


• Demonstrated ability to mentor others on tough concepts


• At least 3 years developing on the Salesforce platform


• At least 2 years of experience developing with Apex


• At least 1.5 year of experience developing with Lightning Components


• At least 2 year of experience styling with CSS


• At least 1 year experience working with Git


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience

• At least 0.5 years experience developing with Lightning Web Components


• At least 1 year experience with agile development


• At least 1 year experience working with Salesforce’s standard APIs
