Fix Wordpress property portal running slowly due to wordpress mysql framework

Make changes to how the website and the wp database are setup so it is no longer running slowly and can handle more properties.

 the SQL query that is running at this moment is requesting details from 17210 post entries (each of which contains 50 rows of postmeta). The search process is going through those 860500 rows and matching the search criteria.

Once the above issue is fixed, we most likely look to agree a monthly retainer for ongoing maintenance, updates and future developments.
