What we are looking for:



- Experience in mentoring teams (4-6 developers) & driving design/development/deployment decisions for platforms built to scale

- Proven experience in building tech services/systems that scale

- Ability to come up with multiple solutions to a problem

- Deep understanding of software architecture and design principles

- A strong understanding of DB Schema Design, Data Structures and trade-offs involved in writing queries

- A top class software developer with strong foundation in data structures and algorithms

- Pragmatic approach to delivery to support aggressive timelines

- Experience in Fintech is a plus - payments and wealthtech especially

- B2C experience is a plus

- Bachelors in Computer Science / Computer Engineering is a plus

- Participation in competitive coding is a plus

- Basic Knowledge of: Dev-ops: Jenkins, Kubernetes

- AWS experience - advantage



What you must have:

- You need to be well versed with REST API and CI/CD processes.

- Must have hands-on experience with Django REST framework (python)

- Minimum of 8 years of work experience & a minimum of 2 years of work experience as a tech lead



What you will do:

- Lots of code development, testing and deploying your changes.

- Take complete ownership of your deliverables.

- Providing technical direction, supporting and mentoring other developers.

- Bring new ideas and technologies to the table that can improve our product or process
