We are interested in hiring a Sr. Kubernetes Architect for product engineering work on Kubernetes-based  Enterprise SaaS solutions. The successful candidate should have expert level experience with production Kubernetes environments, and a proven track record delivering ML-powered SaaS solutions.  S/he should have experience in working in Agile based projects and should be able to work in a fast paced and result oriented environment.





Qualifications and Skills:



The successful candidate will have the following profile/experience:



• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• 10+ years’ experience in Software and Data Engineering, preferably in SaaS environments

• 3+ years Kubernetes production experience

• Experience with horizontal and vertical autoscaling

• Experience with AKS-Engine preferred

• Deep understanding of Kubernetes services, load balancing, networking and security

• Experience with Istio

• Experience deploying and managing stateful applications and storage in Kubernetes

• Experience writing custom operators preferred

• Experience operationalising AI/ML

• Excellent knowledge of public and private cloud technologies

• Solid hands-on software development experience in big data environments, utilizing Go and/or Python

• Experience with microservice architectures

• Excellent knowledge of Linux.

• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.

• Experience working on agile projects and understanding of agile concepts

• Experience using Atlassian products like Jira is preferred

• Ability to work and achieve stretch goals in a very innovative and fast paced environment.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, especially in technical communications

• Strong inter-personal skills and a desire to work collaboratively



Information Security Responsibilities



• Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.

• Take part in Information Security training and act accordingly while handling information.

• Report all suspected security and policy breach to Infosec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
