What are we looking for:

-A bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, Communication design or a similar relevant field is required. Post-Graduate Degrees are a plus Experience and curiosity to learn over number of degrees any day.

-You can help build out the UI/UX, branding and visuals for the mobile and web application and lead the design initiatives thereon

-The ideal applicant will have a creative mindset that drives him or her to find innovative solutions to common problems. People who are curious, inventive, and are interested in user research and behaviours. Also someone with exceptional verbal, project management and communication skills.

-You have a passion for User Experience and designing interfaces that effectively serve the needs of both the user and the business.

-Proficiency with design and rapid-prototyping tools is required. Such as Sketch, Adobe Suite (InDesign & XD), Webflow, Figma, HTML, coding and so on

-You can work collaboratively across different teams with different skillsets, including Marketing, Creative, and Development, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers and Stakeholders.

-The ability to strategically manage numerous initiatives with various objectives while driving for usability or brand consistency is required

-Experience participating in activities as such; competitive UX benchmarking, generative wireframing to determine context hierarchy based on user workflow, composing compelling visual storyboards, developing mid to high fidelity UX prototypes for both physical and/or digital assets, conducting user testing and partnering to generate product animations is required.

-Someone who keeps up with macro and micro trends across sectors and is able to think like a technologist and futurist to add to the strategic direction.Knowledge of technologies like AI, Blockchain and Machine learning is a definite plus along with passion for media and content
