Job Description

Responsibilities

• Build & Design conversational chatbots that can be directly deployed for usage by a large volume of customers


• Prepare Chatbot user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.


• Collaborate with the senior team (System Architect and Senior Programmer) on chatbot architecture design and decision-making


• Analyze data coming from bot conversation

Requirements

• Basic REST APIs & JSON knowledge


• Knowledge/Experience in building Chatbots using publicly available bot platforms like Dialog flow, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc


• Knowledge of the fundamentals of Natural Language processing is a plus


• B Tech degree in CS or Information Systems


• Attention to details


• Ownership should make you feel peaceful


• Ability to clearly understand the problem statements in a logical sense


• Ability to articulate the solutions in simple & clear language


• Note: Adobe Experience Manager is not required
