Our Comapny is looking for a full time Expert Developer(Remote) for our long-term Federal contract. This role will be instrumental in contributing to the Development efforts in a remote environment.

This position is on the ServiceNow team working on the HAM/SAM/APM/TPM project.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:





GENERAL

·         Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

·         Facilitate requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and third-party contributors in support of lead project managers.

·         Experience creating and managing project documentation per project goals and objectives.

·         Demonstrates a high degree of customer service and team work.

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

·         Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

AGILE

·         Experience in Agile concepts, development, and testing methodology as applies to operating in Scrum teams.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Good understanding of ITIL.

SERVICENOW SPECIFIC

·         Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM, SAM) modules

·         Application and Technology Portfolio Management (APM, TPM)

·         ServiceNow System Administrator certification (CSA)

·         Event Management (EM) and integrations

·         Implementation, administration, maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNow

·         Hands-on experience with recent implementation of ServiceNow

·         ITSM, ITBM, or ITOM

·                  Development on the ServiceNow platform including creation/customization of the core applications such as

  Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request, Service Catalog, Asset, CMDB Management

·         Develop custom applications within ServiceNow platform

·         Develop ServiceNow APIs, Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs)

·         Build custom automation workflows and development of customized modules

·         Migration from legacy toolsets into ServiceNow

·         ServiceNow upgrades.

·         Integrate ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST web services

·         Use of Orchestrator and Workflow Editor

·         Configure workflows/automate tasks

·         Additional ServiceNow certifications a plus

 

PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE NEEDED

·         Assist establishing coding standards to help with consistency.

·         Integration experience (REST, SOAP, JSON/XML).

·         Experience with JavaScript, Ajax, AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Jelly, CSS, HTML/HTML5.

·         JavaScript expert proficiency
