Title of the Job:  Senior Web Developer

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Location: Coimbatore

Techstack: Web developer, Magento, PHP, Laravel framework, Laravel, MVC

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Write clean, fast PHP code to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way.

2. Follow industry best practices to build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.

3. Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules

4. Should be able to maintain the existing Magento stores and perform any additional functional requirements. 

5. Responsible for requirement analysis, technical design, coding, testing and implementation

6. Working closely with the internal team to understand and formulate solutions to client needs, and interacting closely with the external team of developers (when required)

7. Supporting and interacting with clients in a fast-paced environment

8. Handle any other tasks involved in the development life cycle from start to finish

Skills:

* Strong understanding of Magento 2 design patterns, compilation, folder structure, CLI commands, CRONs, request flows etc.,

* Understanding of MVC design patterns and experience creating high performing, highly scalable, secure RESTful APIs in Magento 2.

* Strong knowledge of Core PHP, web frameworks such as Laravel, Yii, etc depending on your technology stack

* Experience creating modules from scratch to build new independent features and also modify core features.

* Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and Bootstrap

* Good knowledge of database languages SQL/MySQL. Knowledge in MongoDB would be an added advantage.

* Good knowledge of Composer and PHP packages.

* Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

* Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions

* Understanding of AWS architecture and setting up of CI/CD would be an added advantage

* Knowledge in AngularJS/NodeJS would be an added advantage
