Support analysis and research team with graphical content development and design. Candidate will collaborate with analytics and research team to produce effective graphics and interactive digital experiences. Helps define customer needs to develop targeted content based on various personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flows and user cases. Shape outward facing brand of team for effective market impact.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·         Develop visual interface design through personas, storyboards, scenarios, mood boards, iconography, photography, and illustrations

·         Give data meaning through information visualization

·         Create style guides and brand guidelines for team to follow and implement

·         Contribute to communication of technical insights to non-technical audiences

·         Collaborate closely with analytics and technical teams to verify designs are successfully implemented

·         Complete all assigned tasks within defined parameters; identify roadblocks, problems or client issues which may impact the quality of the product; ensure that all documentation is kept in accordance with guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

·         Knowledge of web-based technologies and platforms such as Flex, Ajax, Flash, HTML 5, CSS, scripting, etc.

·         Demonstrable skills in illustration, photography, or diagrammatic expertise and iconography

·         Understanding of analytics and data science value, methods and outcomes

·         Experience with data visualization and associated technologies like Tableau, PowerBI, Kibana, D3

·         Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently with remote teams

·         Knowledge and experience with design tools like Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, etc.

·         Entrepreneurial mindset that seeks to constantly add value

·         Demonstrate strong client-facing skills and express willingness to assist team members

·         Detail oriented

·         Take initiative to continuously train and develop existing skills and on new technologies

Education, Experience, & Certifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design or related field

·         Minimum 1-2 years experience in graphical and user experience design

·         Minimum 1-2 years experience in driving and applying user-centered design processes and working collaboratively with clients and teams
