Our Company is currently seeking a proactive and passionate Senior Designer for remote contract work.

In this role you will be responsible for elevating the over-all creative and strategic design of your projects from start to finish.

Applicants should have proven ability to use best-in-class design processes, principles, and trends as well as an ability to work fast and manage our own time. WORK:

Concepting and designing medium to large scale web projects from start to finish under the guidance of the Creative Director and in collaboration with Strategy team

Create and maintain design deliverables

Expert knowledge of Adobe CC, Sketch and InVision

Extremely adept time management for this 100% remote role

Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders

The ability to pivot and adjust to a constantly changing environment

 

You are welcome to work in house or fully remote.

 

YOU AND SKILLS:

US-based, available for standing meetings during normal working hours.

Minimum of 5 years of agency experience in a web, visual, UI/UX design role

A portfolio of beautiful, smart, strategic web-based design deliverables

Ability to create strong comps and prototypes for client presentations in a variety of prototyping programs (we build 90%+ of our projects in Sketch + InVision)

Ability to successfully present and communicate great design, smart ideas and good decisions to project team and client stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with developers & strategists

Great work ethic and accountability

A detail-oriented, creative and strategic approach to project work while possessing strong time management in a fast-paced environment

If not always mobile first, at least mobile forward.

 

BONUS:

Knowledge of Adobe XD, Principle and other prototyping tools

Animation skills

Previous experience with Drupal, Shopify

Proficiency in Keynote, Google Slides

Branding experience

Social media experience
