Responsibilities

·         Implementation and customization of business applications on Zoho One including Creator, Forms, Analytics, and others as needed

·         Deployment of new functionalities such as custom layouts, fields, calculated fields and related fields

·         Design and build customer-facing CRM portals with reports and dashboards as needed

·         Data migration to and from different systems into Zoho CRM or other platforms

·         Creation of custom tools and scripts to automate various business processes

·         Create a roadmap for development and prepare iterations for approval and tracking

·         Own the entire development life cycle from concept to production as well as support

·         Maintain proper code documentation and use best practices for version control

·         Keep managers up to date on the status of development

 

Requirements

·         Knowledge of Zoho CRM and work experience developing on the Zoho suite of business apps

·         Programming skills (Zoho's Deluge language experience is a plus)

·         Ability to use additional development languages as needed is a plus

·         Ability to plan data structures and present them effectively prior to implementation

·         Experience with relational databases and data modeling methodologies

·         Ability to structure user roles and access within the CRM system

·         Ability to connect to outside applications via APIs

·         Experience working with WordPress CMS

·         Expertise in web analytics systems such as Google Analytics
