Essential duties may include:
Within the first 30 days and ongoing:
  • Learn about our products and services
  • Learn about our target market
  • Learn about brand
  • Learn about what has and has not worked well in the past and why
  • Complete the formal onboarding process & training
  • Become introduced to the entire team
  • Familiarize yourself with WordPress, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Intercom, and the various other technologies our team uses

By 3 months and ongoing:
  • Assume ownership of web content publishing, including setting up forms in Hubspot, formatting articles, events, webinars and pages using the WordPress page builder and block editor
  • Partner with the broader marketing team to support campaign assets and requirements
  • Use analytics tools to surface insights and provide ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
  • Review and provide recommendations for enhancements on all web properties
  • Participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, prototyping, testing
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing team

By 6-9 months and ongoing:
  • Review and provide recommendations for page optimizations, including SEO research and optimizations, analytics tracking enhancements, and running A/B tests to improve conversion rates
  • Create and manage ongoing roadmap for future enhancements and development
  • Build new web components, optimizing and adding features to existing components, improving tracking and analytics infrastructure and integration with web services
  • Improve cohesion between us and Data Rockstar storefront

By 12+ months and ongoing:
  • Work closely with the Product team to ensure consistent site to application experience
  • Assume full ownership and responsibility of all web properties

Essential skills and experience needed:
  • 2-5 years experience in a relevant role, preferably in B2B marketing
  • Desire to grow your career in brand or website management and development
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Interest in web design and development trends
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with WordPress, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Figma, and Asana
  • Bonus: Experience building WordPress plugins and themes
