What you'll be doing:

Full Stack:

• Developing company across all platforms


• Rapidly prototyping and building product iterations focused on growth, retention & engagement.


• Design, build and maintain our Elixir backend systems


• Collaborating with our co-founders and engineers to ship full vertical features directly to production.


• Architecting efficient and creative solutions to scale our applications


• Building internal tools and libraries

• Experience working on growth projects


• Experience with moving fast and iterating towards more complete solutions


• +3 years Experience with Elixir and Erlang based systems


• +2 years Experience working remotely


• A desire to learn and grow new things in a fast-moving environment


• Solid engineering capability with an eye towards performance and responsiveness.


• You are comfortable taking an imperfect feature specification and driving it all the way to completion.


• Self-motivation and the ability to take a high-level goal and deliver shippable code.

• Experience with React and Redux


• Experience working with strongly typed languages


• Experience setting up E2E web applications
