If you’re a motivated developer who can handle complex logic and large amounts of data, this position might be for you.

We are looking for a full-time Object-Oriented Web Developer to build high-performance, logic-intensive, web-based enterprise software. Responsibilities will include developing UI components in React.js, utilizing object-oriented JavaScript to visualize complex data sets, and optimizing application performance in the browser. Position is remote, working with a small team of developers located around the US.

Responsibilities

• Develop new UI components based on design specifications using React.js and ES6,7,8


• Create JavaScript classes to handle complex logic and large data sets


• Handle edge cases and data validation


• Optimize in-browser performance


• Adhere to UI design and coding style guide

• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming


• Ability to efficiently handle large data sets


• Experience developing with ES6 and SASS (scss)


• Experience with or ability to learn modern JavaScript


• Ability to build UI components from concept designs and wireframes


• Experience using npm and developing node.js projects


• Solid understanding of PHP / MySQL / LAMP stack


• Familiarity with server processes


• Knowledge of current industry coding standards, tools and best practices


• Ability to write clean, efficient code


• Eagerness to work with a team toward common goals


• Hunger for continuous learning and improvement

• Experience developing React web applications


• Eye for good design and user experience


• Experience designing UI/UX for enterprise applications


• Experience using WebSockets


• Experience developing with openlayers map library


• Experience with software performance testing and benchmarking
