Who We Need

We are looking for a User Experience Designer to create products that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users. This involves the design of the entire process of acquiring and integrating the product, including aspects of systems design, interaction design, usability, and function. 

 

What You'll Do

• 
  Identify and explain user issues in simple terms and recommend how the user experience can be optimized
  


• 
  Ask questions, take risks and champion new ideas
  


• 
  Translate concepts into an intuitive user experience
  


• 
  Present your ideas and designs to internal teams and clients
  


• 
  Problem solve to make decisions and offer ideas to solve client issues relating to both core and new functions
  


• 
  Identify design efficiencies and elegant solutions
  


• 
  Manage your own time and maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
  


• 
  Use interaction design and usability skills to make the complex clear, while understanding how it works behind the scenes and adjusting accordingly
  


• 
  Some domestic travel required.
  

• 
  5+ years of UX design experience
  


• 
  Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, InVision, Abstract, and Zeplin
  


• 
  Proven ability to work with clients, understand requirements, and design complete user experiences that meet client expectations
  


• 
  Firm grasp of UX/UI design best practices
  


• 
  Experience crafting user journeys, wireframing solutions, and turning high-fidelity comps into clickable prototypes
  


• 
  Excellent communication skills keeping team and client informed of processes
  


• 
  Ability to build strong team and client relationships as well as effectively pitch design concepts and articulate design decisions
