About Role:

We are seeking a Scala developer interested in joining our technology team. This is a unique opportunity to join our team at a time of significant business growth. We take a leading-edge approach to everything we do and thus, offer the option to work either onsite at our New York office or remotely from practically anywhere. Our institutional credit trading platform follows a Scala microservices architecture with multiple Electron-based frontend applications.

This is an opportunity to work as part of a distributed technology team, along with our product team, to help define and deliver solutions for our clients.

• Some knowledge of corporate bonds is desired, but not mandatory for delivering the majority of our features

• Scala with Akka Streams for efficient stream processing


• Kafka for scalable messaging


• Linux, Docker, Ansible, and AWS for dynamic environments
