Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and document scalable, high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce.com platform


• Recommend alternate approaches, analyze impacts, and provide sizing estimates


• Participate in design sessions


• Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing and work closely with users for user acceptance testing


• Analyze and mitigate bugs and issues


• Participate in design and code reviews


• Propose creative, highly innovative solutions


• Provide support in fulfilling service requests


• Support release planning and deployment


• Maintain system KPIs to track trends in usage and data integrity


• Assess and make recommendations on processes, design, operations and testing

• 3+ years of advanced Salesforce.com declarative configuration experience is required


• 2+ years of advanced Lightning, Apex, SOQL development is required


• Highly proficient in administering all Salesforce system admin level configurations such as user permissions, page layouts and security settings


• Experience using Salesforce Data Loader to import/export data in Salesforce


• Solid Object-Oriented Programming knowledge


• Strong in web development languages like CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript and jQuery

• Salesforce Developer Certification (401 and 501)


• Salesforce Administrator Certification


• Experience working with Agile/Scrum
