We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our talented and quickly growing team of energy, control system, and software development professionals in a key role to architect our development infrastructure as we grow to bring efficiency to existing major oil and gas assets, ensuring safety and maximum efficiency for critical energy infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines in an agile environment.


• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage tradeoffs.


• Experience with Python, CSS, Docker, React, Git, Flask or similar frameworks.


• Experience architecting solutions, including databases, services, and API.


• Able to deploy and configure services using cloud services such as Amazon Web Services.


• High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.


• Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules.


• Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience working with all levels of an innovative start-up environment.


• Willingness and ability to travel (moderate).

• University Degree in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical Engineering or related.


• Familiarity with Kubernetes or Jenkins is a plus.


• Experience creating software for manufacturing/heavy industry businesses and their control systems is a plus.

• Lead coding reviews, and leads/trains development team in adhering to best practices.


• Develop front-end and back-end, including integration into existing software packages and ensuring scalability to multiple product offerings.


• Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support load identify proactively and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
