Work Experience Requirements

• Own the overall vision for solving specific business problems through the use of technology.


• Serve as the overall “Technical Expert” for the sales team.


• Responsible for identifying the right team, synthesizing the output of this team and shaping the deliverables to the client.


• Assist clients in understanding the financial details of the solutions defined (hosting/infrastructure costs, licensing, total cost of ownership).


• Assist customers in navigating legal/compliance aspects of various technology platforms/solutions.


• Describing the structured, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the technology to project stakeholders.


• Assist with driving the execution of technical projects.

• Proficient solving business problems with technology, not deeply specialized


• 3+ years experience with IT budgeting or technology selection + procurement lifecycle


• Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills


• 3+ years experience with Enterprise integration


• 3+ years experience in internet application development


• Digital agency or consultancy experience preferred


• Product or project management experience preferred


• Hands-on experience or familiarity with one or more of the following


• CMS: Sitecore, Episerver or Drupal


• CRM: Salesforce


• Marketing Automation: Salesforce Pardot, Marketing Cloud


• Analytics: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
