Salesforce Technical Architect (m/f)

Job Description 

As a Technical Architect, you will lead the design and development on significant and often multiple business applications in local and international projects. You will be a confident, articulate communicator who can develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

This opportunity would best suit proactive, adaptable individuals with skills and experience in using a wide range of enterprise architecture, project management and design tools and techniques, who are keen to develop their careers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Responsibilities


  • Accurately assess technical architecture impact (including the impact of change on existing process, organization and technology, capturing and documenting new and updated technical requirements)

  • Conduct meetings, prepare technical documentation, data models and systems integration specifications

  • Lead the overall architecture and development approach for the Salesforce platform

  • Plan, design, and develop new features and enhancements

  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the CRM software industry

  • Work closely with different internal teams and other parties



Skills


  • Technically savvy

  • Strong stakeholder management

  • Ability to translate the requirements into successful projects

  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile approaches and be capable of applying both

  • Hands on experience building integration between Salesforce and other third party applications using middleware as well as web services

  • CRM knowledge: Salesforce

  • Programming langauges: Java, .Net, Apex, Visualforce, JQuery

  • Web technologies: JSON, Javascript, CSS, HTML

  • Database: Oracle, SQL Server, SQL, PL/SQL

  • Continuous Integration / IDEs: Eclipse, Sublime, Maven, Ant, Jenkins, Git, etc.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate on a technical and project management level

  • Ability to apply new concepts, business models, and technologies



Desirable


  • Ability to mentor and coach new starters

  • We value any of the following certifications (or similar): Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Consultant (Sales, Service, Community), CSM, PMI-ACP;

  • Available for traveling



Languages


  • English fluent spoken and written ability

  • Other multi-lingual skills are a plus.
