Page Layout (implementing PDF comments into InDesign)

Description

We are expanding our line of SAT products and are looking to hire two skilled Page Layout positions. Your job will be to make implement the comments logged in PDF documents into source InDesign documents.

Requirements

• We need this project to move fast, so you must be able to take on an assignment quickly (within 4 hours from when it’s assigned [during normal business hours]) and finish the assignment with no more than a 24 hour turnaround. (Each assignment will take roughly 1-3 hours, on average)


• Must be skilled at knowing how to make changes to InDesign document. Most changes are typographical in nature, but there will be times some other things need to be adjusted.


• Must have a high attention to detail. Our work is very detail-oriented and you must be careful to not introduce new errors when correcting old errors.


• Must have access to the following software: Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign 2020, Slack (free download), Dropbox (free download)


• It’s very likely we’ll have some work needed to be done during Christmas week (although probably not on Christmas day), so you must be able to work that week.
