Project Manager for Customer Onboarding
What you will do:
- Become an expert in the steps required to onboard a customer
- Facilitate execution of all steps in a professional and timely manner
- Track execution of all steps in Salesforce
- Some steps you will perform yourself, other steps you will rely on others to execute
- Manage multiple vendors to achieve onboarding steps
- Proactively manage inventory levels and re-stock as needed
- Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Experience and Skills
- Ability to use Salesforce.
- 2+ years experience as a project manager or equivalent experience with complex projects
- Ability to quickly learn the various products offered by us and the components involved in onboarding a customer.
- Ability to track many tasks in parallel.
- Ability to take complete ownership of a process and methodically track that every detail is completed.
- Integrity to certify that steps are performed to high standards and to raise visibility when standards are not met.
- Flexibly to adapt as processes are changed and honed over time.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors, some of which are unreliable, to achieve process steps.
- Ability to track inventory levels and order more inventory when needed.
- Ability to use (or quickly learn how to use) technology for remote team collaboration, specifically: Slack for team chat, Google Hangouts for video chat, gmail for email, and Google Drive for file sharing.
- Advanced Salesforce administration capabilities is a plus, but not required.
