Job mission:



In order to bring company to the next level, we need to constantly improve our UI/UX.

With our core audience being SMBs with limited online marketing knowledge, simplicity is key to become successful.

Making a extremely simple design, while having the complexity of online marketing increasing day after day, makes it a big challenge to anyone willing to accept it.



You will be responsible of your own work and proactively suggest improvements across the whole front-end.

What needs to be done:



- Redesign and constantly improve our onboarding to increase conversion rate at every step.

- Come up with better flows within the platform to simplify and increase user retention.

- Redesign clients' dashboards

- React on clients and third parties feedback on UI/UX

- Create the new screens and flow when new features are being pushed.

- Work with the team to enhance the overall existing platform

- Follow-up and collaborate with the product team

- Come up with new ideas on how to improve.



Competencies we are looking for:



- Professional coding experience in HTML, SCSS

- Experience with JavaScript frameworks, preferably React

- Knowledge of toolkits such as gulp and npm

- Excellent communication

- You are creative & a UI/UX designer is a plus

- Experience with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Invision is a plus

- Self-motivated and energetic person with a start-up mentality

- A drive and motivation to learn, lead and contribute at the highest level

- Communication and interpersonal skills adapted to a remote and cross-functional environment
