Technical CRM Manager
We are looking for a Technical CRM Manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
The position:
- Creation, maintenance and execution of campaigns, journeys, automations and processes
- Design and document technical CRM solutions based on business needs (including email, SMS and API connections)
- Daily administration, troubleshooting and technical support for the salesforce org
- Responsible for the effective run and ongoing support of the CRM integration platform based on Microsoft SQL data base
- Maintenance of users, profiles, roles and permission sets
- Train new and existing users on system functionality
Your profile:
- Strong technical understanding of business / marketing processes
- Experienced in technical administration of CRM systems
- Strong understanding of SQL, JavaScript, SSJS, HTML
- Close attention to detail and excellent analytical skills, able to explain complicated procedures
- Ability to quickly identify and integrate more efficient workflows and processes, find and fix errors
