What you will do

• Requirements analysis.


• Analyze and translate the findings presented by the user research team into design solutions that are aligned with the expectations and scope of the projects in which it participates.


• Research and design exploration to create visual concepts focused on digital products. (Benchmark, best practices, design explorations).


• Make design decisions based on brief, research, project strategy and in collaboration with clients.


• Participate in design critique sessions.


• Creation of wireframes and rapid prototypes based on requirements and / or user stories in teams with other designers, customers, developers and / or the area leader.


• Create, maintain and optimize UI Kits and Design Systems in collaboration with different teams.


• Facilitate and / or participate in ideation workshops with the design team.


• Submit design proposals and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as InVision or Marvel.

• At least 3 years of experience in the following activities:


• Know how to give and receive feedback intelligently.


• High attention to detail.


• Taste for visual culture and strong aesthetic sense.


• Know how to work in a team.


• Knowledge of best UI design practices for web and mobile applications.


• Management of UI design and prototyping software such as: Sketch, basic Adobe package, UX Pin, InVision, Marvel, Abstract, Zeplin.


• Knowledge about web standards and basic front-end development.


• Excellent spelling
