Responsibilities:

• Work effectively in an Agile team environment


• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and company goals


• Manage daily support and maintenance of Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving requirements


• Communicate with project managers and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment


• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and business objectives, and innovate ways to meet business goals successfully


• Interact directly with managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with Salesforce


• Provide system administration support of Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow


• Follow through with commitments and foster mutual trust with team members and fellow employees. Assist all team members to meet their commitments


• Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports needs relating to functionality and performance


• Consult with the other developers, administrators or Application Architect on very complex tasks or the design of new features to ensure they align with the organizations overall structure and goals

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience


• Minimum work experience: 5+ years of software development and 4 years of Salesforce application development


• Certified Salesforce Administrator


• Certified Salesforce Developer


• Strong working knowledge of APEX (classes and web services), Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, Force.com platform, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud


• Extensive experience with automating complex business processes using declarative features such as Process Builder, Flows, approval processes & validation rules.


• Requires the ability to change the thinking of or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations while preserving the relationship


• Self-motivated and creative


• Ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision


• Ability to work with cross functional groups to achieve results

• Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces


• Ability to work quickly to develop proof of concept projects with minimal requirements specified up front


• Proficient with Lightning Component Framework, Apex, VisualForce, Native, MySQL and JavaScript
