I'm looking to update and refresh our existing agency website which was done last year. Potentially would like to use a CMS to make SEO easier. The look I'm going for is clean, concise and to the point. But I do want to maintain some animation/interactive elements.  Below are some sample websites that I thought looked cool:

I'd prefer to go with someone who can actually tell me what would work best for loading speed, SEO optimization, and to help set up the pages correctly to optimize lead conversion. And really focus on having a good, mobile-friendly site. Some of the services on my current website are no longer offered so I'll also be cutting out a few sections and focusing more on the marketing services we offer.
