We are looking for a backend developer to join our team. The person will help build our backend infrastructure, translating ideas/design into code, testing, deployment and optimising the code for the performance.

Requirements:



- Strong expertise in backend language preferably in Elixir and Phoenix framework or proven expertise in Ruby on Rails, Django or Laravel but a beginner in Elixir and Phoenix framework.

- Knowledge of Javascript, HTML and CSS

- Solid understanding of databases and RESTful APIs

- Previous experience in developing a web product from scratch

- Proactive approach to learning, good communication and openness to feedback

- Believer in the ability of a small group of individuals to tackle the biggest challenges
