RESPONSIBILITIES

• Candidate must be able to handle projects independently at a fast-paced & dynamic environment.

• Experience in working on small projects independently and as a member of the technology team.

• This person must be able to translate business needs into technical terms.

• Work with offshore dev team in handling development requirements and tracking the tasks to deliver on time.

• Troubleshoot, resolve and track Salesforce end-user IT request.

• Provide Salesforce technical assistance to end users.

• 3- 5 years of Salesforce development experience.


• Experience in Salesforce Lightning platform.


• Deep knowledge on Apex, Triggers, Process builder, Batches, API.


• Experience with common JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, etc.


• Experience developing Salesforce Communities and Lightning App Builder.


• Process knowledge on Quote-to-Cash “CPQ”.


• Knowledge on Salesforce DX.


• Knowledge on Einstein Analytics.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
