Product Page Abandonment: Users who visited the product page but didnt add a product to the cart. I will capture the last 5 product pages browsed by the user before the end of the session. In case of multiple products, the last product abandoned will be at the highest priority. Catalog Page Abandonment: Users who visited the catalog page but didnt move to the product page. I will only capture the last category page abandoned in the session and will feature the best sellers/ first 5 products falling in the page. The product attributes of these products will be the default values as shown in the catalog pages. The time difference between the abandon event and sending the email should be 4 hours. However, this variable should be flexible and should have an option to be edited via admin.
