Model was built to help sales reps or partner sales specialist to identify the accounts that have higher probability(score) of booking the products of collaboration business of CISCO such as webex, video conferencing products, audio conferencing products etc,.

Parameter tuning for the model based on modified data selection.

As part of finding influence of P2B model on Sales bookings, Cohort Analysis carried on bookings.

Bookings of accounts for which P2B scores are used considered for cohort analysis. Bookings before P2B utilization and after P2B utilization is compared to find whether sales distribution is same or not.

Outlier detection & data selection.

P2B Measurement Dashboard was built to showcase Pipeline and Bookings of the accounts that consumes P2B scores and Usage statistics of P2B Scores.

Report metrics were built to measure the usage of Audio and usage billing related info. Analysis were made to measure if there’s any correlation between number of meetings to Audio Usage. Analysis on users who used the audio more than the monthly committed so that sales can approach such users to go for higher committed usage, since overage usage add more billing. Views showcasing number of meetings to average duration of meeting, correlation between number of meetings and overage usage etc,.

The Cubes and dashboards provide information such as sell-in, sell-out, pricing, volume of J&J medical devices. Business users can refer to amount, quantity, reimbursement, standard cost of medical devices with respect to Hospital & Doctors, distributors, geography, product etc,.

Existing reports & Cubes are built in COGNOS for Japan region & requirement is to create them in Tableau.

Existing tables present MS SQL Server & requirement is to lift and shift them to amazon redshift. POC reports built in tableau and tables and data are loaded to redshift.

Involved in effort estimation, resource planning, project planning, system analysis, design and development, object level and data security setup(users & groups permission), performance enhancement to tableau reports. Provided report bursting solutions in tableau(Japanese character conversion solution).
