The study aims to collect, store and analyze patient related longitudinal health data. The research sites may include location at difficult terrain with limited access to computer and networking infrastructure. However the research sites are expected to have access to android mobile tablets with generally good connectivity and sporadic internet connectivity issues.Involves creation of an Hepatitis C database to enable collection, secure storage and analysis of patient-related longitudinal health data Allows users to screen patients, and capture study data using web and mobile apps.

Lab Automation system will focus on building a rich user interface and easy to navigate across various stage of lab processing and reporting. It is imperative that BJMC-CRS utilizes web based Lab Automation System as a platform for entering data for patients and their clinical study outcomes in compliance of GCPL guidelines.
