I am Ghanshyam Savaj. I have done MBA in IT from Symbiosis International University (college name; SCIT, Pune). I am currently working as Business Systems Analyst in Axis Bank's IT department from more than 1.5 year i.e after co...ng as Business Systems Analyst in Axis Bank's IT department from more than 1.5 year i.e after completing my MBA. Prior to MBA, I have 2.5 years of experience from Infosys Limited in web development as well in build and deployment. (Total experience: 4+ years in IT) My major During post-graduation was software solutions management which includes major part of software development methodologies as well handling products. My current role is to handle the internal bank applications which includes requirement management, change management, deployment and maintenance, handling DB for procedures/report generation, issue debugging, vendor as well business communication for requirements delivery.
