This Project was a transformation of the complete Cync Software which was in Bootstrap to Angular JS technology. The challenge of this exercise was we will not take any break for doing this exercise .Instead with the customer customization in parallel we need to complete this exercise. The PMG team was able to do this along with the onsite team and completed this task

The Legacy Document Management System was tightly coupled with the application and due to which it was always difficult for the Product to scale and integrate with any other external system. Segmentation of the DMS from the core system was required for better performance and scalability. Moreover deployment of the product was smooth and we were able to deploy this as a product for other systems also.

It was required to bring in multi currency feature in Cync Software for Account Receivable module for Multi currency transactions. We created the static maintenance for the service to be deployed in the SAAS cloud of AWS. This was a service component deployed in the cloud for utilisation by the transaction layer of the AR module.

The Portugal Localization was a project of OFSS for end to end solutioning of the regulatory requirements of the client CAIXA BI in Portugal.This project was envisaged specifically for Portugal Regional Banks requirement for Tax and Lending requirements which were more of regulatory nature and the local requirements to be handled through the customization of the flagship product FLEXCUBE.Product Management was involved with the regulatory requirements Gap analysis and Product walk Through of the product to the Customer in consultations with the Partner Capgemini Portugal.This project was the entry point for the Portugal Market for Oracle.

The Project was a shelved project in 2005 and again it was revived in 2007 and handed over to me for building a new Enterprise application for tracking the Limits and Collateral Management in a Banking application. The complete application was evengelised and Functioanlly architected for the design phase for the Engineers to take it over for the next phase of technical design. Post the design phase and the production phase let the team for the complete development and functional testing of the application for the complete delivery of the application.

This testing was done for the qualification of Oracle FLEXCUBE Corporate with Mantas AML tool for generating alerts for AML and fraud transactions in Retail transactions.

Test and train a set of freshers for Banking Testing for functional testing.
