Description
This IC project revolves incentive calculations of all the pharma field users through Sales Crediting, Goal setting and IC Admin modules. The requirement is to generate variety of reports and publish on in‑house tool designed on Sales Force platform for both Filed users and Admin Users. Solution ‑ We divided the business into 2 parts, Field facing and Admin module. The Admin module contains business logic to process end‑to‑end execution of input files and publish the reports. It also provides advance features from where admin can track every activity of any field user. The Field module provides all the key information to the end user related to his performance. The Field view showcase latest happening in the organization and mechanism to handle all the user queries.
My Role: -
Managing & Mentoring a team of 10+ resources. Tracking of project throughout the project life cycle. BRD & SOW creation, Client presentation / demonstration, Training material & workflow creation. SPOC for the onshore counterparts for any queries or requests. Involved in maintaining & reviewing the artifacts and checklists for all the deliverables.
