It has been the world's largest furniture retailer since at least 2008.It is an AMS project with minor or major enhancements like CRs, requirements for developing new Services and solutions, and maintaining the Applications, providing the 24/7 support in BI (Business Intelligence) area.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  Deliver PBIs and CRs and create/maintain high quality of documentation like AOs, RCAs, DRs and other business-related documents.  Work on incidents where the SQL (query) needed to be written manually to compare the data with DB.  Offer strong analytical skills as working in AMS team in data level issues.  Support for all Control-M Jobs & give Proper resolution within SLA if any Control-M Job failed.  Work on EP (Emergency Patch), where the code need to be analyzed and tested and should be deployed within short span of time (1 day).  Work on CR, where data check will be done in particular area and mail will be sent to respective teams if any data is missing.  Work on complicated incidents and analyzed the issue, provided the resolution to the clients.  Communicate with source teams for data related issues and attended meetings with Source.  Work on High incidents –Data level issues, analyzed to get generic solutions.
