As a developer and operations support resource, I have been involved in creating and updating necessary documents such as Functional, Technical and Field Mapping Design, and the development itself.Coordinated with multiple support teams to evaluate and improve issues related to delayed execution of reports, deployment of components into multiple environments (DEV, UAT, STG and PRD).
