•IDRP is a Sales forecasting application, previously built in Teradata staging and Oracle comprised along with the JDA software application suite. For the current system Hadoop clusters is used to analyze the data.

•Data from various channels arrives on Hadoop cluster, further the data is processed using pig and is inserted in the oracle database further on which JDA application generates forecast for that day.

•Kettle is used for orchestration, to keep the track of the flow for the batches.
