Bonafont, Danone-Irapuato: Collect data from modbus-based systems, current data collection and performance
calculation of electrical equipment, compressed air, ammonia and steam. Arrangement of data in table and
preparation for internal processing of the database and link with Cloud SQL. Representation of KPI's and
Web-based reporting through of cloud data fusion and intercommunication with Google Data Studio.
Scope: Design, architecture and project management.
Destilería: Placement of radar sensors via wifi, for the constant sending of the level of 25 tequila tanks. The data
is collected through a VEGA API and proceeds to make a secure copy using Cloud SQL. A learning of the system
is carried out, by means of Dataprep, so that it can program collection of pipes by the client, based on the number
of tanks rented, tequila capacity and current consumption of the client. A web application based on Google Data
Studio and analytics is designed of data through Dataflow, so that each client can observe the current level of their
tanks. The second phase consists of adding valves and pumps, flowmeter, so that the system does not depend on
manual operation.
