ATS (Automated Tracking System) is a thick client tracking system that allows
agent to track guests entering into airport Lounge. The entry for the UA
Lounge are only for the following guest members:
 MileagePlus club members
 One time pass
 First class Boarding pass
 Business class Boarding pass
 Chase membership pass
The agent will login into the ATS system. Once the guest enter into Lounge,
they will hand over the card/pass to the agent. The agent will validate the
card/pass with the system for allowing the guest into the Lounge. The
system will track each entry of the guest. The system allows guest having
Boarding pass (First class and Business class) of other airlines like Star
Alliance etc., which have tie-up with United Airlines. Such Airlines will be
charged by UA for the guest who used the club service. Business center
members will be generating the reports for billing with other airlines.
