Responsibility:

• Acted as a liaison between potential system users who have business problems and technology people who know how to create automated solutions.

• Interacted with the business team to get a better understanding of the Business Processes and Documented Business Requirement Document through elaboration workshops.

• Working directly with product owners and stakeholders to elicit their feedback on customer satisfaction items.

• Analysing existing customer satisfaction functionality requests for providing business-value based recommendations to Product Owner.

• Facilitating requirement JADs, root cause analysis and other requirements workshops

• Worked with business and IT teams to understand and identify the functionality that could be rendered. Partnering with Development Leads to identify opportunities for better collaboration and process improvements

• Hands on experience in making SOW, Document of Understanding (DoU), Business proposals, mostly technical proposal, and User guide and User manual.

• Hands on experience in making HLD and LLD like FRD (FRS), BRD, API Document, Software Architecture Document SAD, Mock-up’s, Wireframes and Prototypes for ecommerce platform and mobile application.

• Knowledge of functional testing.

• Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Responsibilities:

• Initially, worked as a Technical Recruiter/ Research Analyst as it was a staffing industry.

• Worked with business and IT teams to understand and identify the functionality that could be rendered on the Employment Portal Project (ESS).
