An interactive platform for candidates and recruiters to collaborate with each other in hiring

process. It consists of two modules for Recruiters and candidates respectively. First deals with

the creating requisitions and posting them to the different recruitment boards, short listing the

applications, scheduling interviews, Notifying Candidates, managing talent communities, hiring

the candidates into payroll system, etc. Second module deals with candidate’s profile

management, applying to jobs, application history, talent communities, etc. This module is

developed with Mobile First Approach as design principle.
