Description

Brazil`s central bank had released a new financial instrument during covid`s to increase market liquidity (LFG).

I was responsible for 1) Understanding the law, 2) Mapping current processes and datasets, 3) Design how the new process should be 5) Write business requirement 6) Search for a SaaS suplier to manage data distribution to the correct governmental agencies (CRK) 7) Track project implementation 8) Testing to make sure the new process and system is working. 9) This project was delivered while keeping all stakeholders aligned, (Compliance area, Treasury area, Controllership area, IT area)

I have delivered 5 similar projects while working for Honda.
